Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Any payment, or deposit made is non refundable.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
We advise suitable travel insurance is taken out to cover all eventualities.

What information we collect about you:
When you make a direct booking with us, we collect the name, address, email and telephone number of the person making the booking. We also collect a debit or credit card number to take the deposit equal to the first night of your stay.
How we use the information we hold on you:
We use your home address as part of the card payment processing to validate the card. We will use your email address to send you confirmation of the booking. If you booked online, via a third party eg Booking.com, Laterooms or Guestlink, you may receive an email asking you to submit a review. We will only use your telephone number to contact you if a need arises in relation to your booking.
How is your data stored:
All of the personal and debit/credit card data you supply as part of an online booking process, is stored securely on that third party system eg, Booking.com, Laterooms, Guestlink (Kashing), or Innstyle (Stripe). information will not be shared with any third party unless there is a legal reason for doing so.
We do not send marketing emails and do not keep mailing lists or electronic databases of guests for use after your stay with us,.
We are required by law to collect information on all our guests. We do this by asking you to complete a registration form on arrival. We will keep these forms safely for 12 months in a locked filing cabinet and show them to a police officer if requested to do so. We will destroy these forms 12 months after your stay.
